Pier Luigi Garotti is professor of Interpersonal communication techniques and of Cognitive psychology of sport at the Faculty of Psychology at Bologna University. The main research fields are related to: communication and regulation of emotion; non verbal communication; motivation and cohesion in sport psychology; physician-patient relationship, health psychology; facial expression of emotions in advertising. He is member of several Scientific Societies: A.I.S.C.N.V. (Italian Society on Non Verbal Communication); A.I.P (Italian Society of Psychology); SIPSa (Italian Health Psychology Society) and he is member of advisory board of “Psicologia della Salute”.
